Hello, iPhone 5s is stuck in dfu mode loop and I can not restore it because when I try to do so, iTunes says error 40.
I ha tried with 2 mac´s and with a windows computer. I don´t know what else to do because in my country there is no Apple Store for the warranty.
Any help?? thank you very much in advance and excuse me for my poor english.

Check for hardware issues
Related errors: 1, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 1000, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.
Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.
You must be on Windows and you must have the latest version of iTunes.
Make sure you have no applications or the internet running on your PC
Reboot your PC and then deactivate your antivirus for the time being. This will disable the firewall which can interfere with the process
Open any folder and, from the top left of the window, click Organize
Click on Folder > Search Options, View and ensure that there is a check mark next to Show Hidden Files > Folders and Drives
Press the Windows key on your keyboard and then type in Notepad
Right click Notepad and choose Run as Administrator
Click on Open and find C:WindowsSystem32driversetc
It will probably be empty so go to the box on the right hand side and change Text Documents to All Files
Now click on Hosts and you will see a Hosts file appear in Notepad
Remove any unnecessary links
Click on File > Save and then exit from Notepad altogether
Open up iTunes and connect your device
Press down the Shift key and slick on Restore in iTunes at the same time

iTunes will now restore your device with a proper IPSW, eradicating the error code altogether.
